By downloading, accessing, or using Loot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service description
Loot provides portfolio tracking and analytics for informational purposes. Loot is not a broker, exchange, investment advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor.
Subscriptions and billing
- Premium plans are billed through Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Renewal charges are applied by Apple based on your selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Apple Standard EULA
Use of Loot on iOS may also be subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.View Apple Standard EULA.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app.
- Do not reverse engineer or decompile except where permitted by law.
- Do not use Loot for unlawful activities.
Disclaimers
Loot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Data availability, market pricing, and provider uptime can vary.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or market-related losses arising from app use.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
