Portfolio data

  • Assets, holdings, transactions, and portfolio names you enter
  • Used to calculate net worth, allocation, and performance views
  • Stored locally on your device unless platform backup restores it

Subscription state

  • Premium entitlement status and purchase state
  • Used to unlock and restore premium features
  • Managed via Apple App Store and RevenueCat

Diagnostics

  • Basic technical logs when errors occur
  • Used to improve reliability and fix issues
  • Limited to operational troubleshooting needs

Support messages

  • Email content you send to support
  • Used only to resolve your request
  • Retained as needed for support continuity

Information we do not collect

  • No ad tracking identifiers
  • No contacts or calendar access
  • No photo or media library collection
  • No bank login credential collection
  • No direct payment card data storage
  • No sale of your personal data

Third-party services

RevenueCat: used for subscription state, entitlement checks, and purchase restoration.

Apple App Store: processes purchases and billing; payment details are handled by Apple.

Market data providers: used to retrieve pricing required for portfolio analytics.

Data retention and control

  • You can remove app data by uninstalling Loot from your device.
  • You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • You can request support-related data deletion by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Loot is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
